This website is hosted by lima-city. The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of request, browser type, operating system, referrer URL). Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR to ensure the website runs without error. We have concluded a contract for order processing (AVV) with the provider.

4. Booking System (SmartPMS)
For processing bookings, we use the booking system SmartPMS. When you make a booking, personal data (e.g. name, contact details, payment details, stay details) will be processed in order to manage your reservation and fulfil the accommodation contract. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures). We have concluded a corresponding data processing agreement with the provider of SmartPMS.

If you contact us by email or via a form, we will save your details for the purpose of processing your request and for any follow-up questions. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
6. Noise measurement sensors (e.g. Minut)
To prevent disturbances and protect neighbours, noise level sensors may be used in the accommodation. No audio recording or recording of conversations will take place. Data is collected anonymously. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting the rented property and neighbours).
